1. Returns Window

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for refund.

2. Item Condition

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all protective materials. Shoes showing wear marks, creasing, or sole damage are not eligible.

3. Refund Conditions

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after product inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges for size or color are available based on stock. If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund or store credit can be issued.

5. Restricted Items

Final sale products, customized orders, and limited edition releases marked as non-returnable are excluded from return and exchange eligibility.

6. Return Process

Contact support with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and package handling guidance.
